The Office of Human Resources is responsible for recruiting, retaining and recognizing the faculty and staff members who are part of creating Villanova鈥檚 vibrant campus community and are key to advancing the University鈥檚 mission. HR manages the University鈥檚 comprehensive benefits and compensation program, professional development opportunities as well as initiatives supporting Villanova鈥檚 commitment to work/life balance. Community is at the core of the Villanova experience and the HR team is dedicated to strengthening the fabric of that community through its support services and resources.
