VSB Welcomes Eight New Faculty Members

Villanova School of Business Appoints Larry L. Fillian, Jr. as the New Associate Dean of Undergraduate Business Programs
After a national search, Villanova School of Business (VSB) announces Larry L. Fillian, Jr. as the new associate dean of Undergraduate Business Programs, effective September 3. In this role, Fillian will be responsible for leading the strategic and academic direction of VSB’s undergraduate business program and its offerings, and for overseeing VSB’s Clay Center for Student Services and O’Donnell Center for Professional Development.
Villanova School of Business Appoints Four New Endowed Faculty Appointments
Villanova, Pa., August 19, 2024 - The Villanova School of Business (VSB) has appointed four new endowed positions beginning Fall 2024. Christopher Kilby, PhD, has been named the inaugural James Joo Jin Kim Endowed Chair in Economics; Nitin R. Joglekar, PhD, will join VSB after an extensive national search as the John F. Connelly Endowed Chair in Management; Timothy B. McCulloch ’14 MBA, has been named the inaugural James F. Kelly Jr. ’55 VSB Endowed Professor of Practice in Professional Selling; and Benjamin Scheick, PhD, ’03 VSB, has been named the inaugural Hovnanian Family Endowed Chair in Real Estate.
Two VSB Students Selected as Poets&Quants 2024 Best & Brightest Business Majors
Villanova, PA, April 30, 2024 – Two Villanova School of Business (VSB) students – Christian Lee ’24 VSB and Elizabeth Vaughn ’24 VSB – were selected as Poets&Quants 100 Best & Brightest Undergraduate Business Majors of 2024. Poets&Quants honors 100 senior students from the Top 50 undergraduate business programs each year whose infectious energy and unrelenting commitment to personal growth position them to be future leaders of the business world.
VSB to Offer 18-Month Fast-Track MBA Option
Villanova, Pa, March 11, 2024 – The Villanova School of Business (VSB) will offer an 18-month accelerated MBA degree starting Fall 2024. The “Fast-Track” MBA is designed for professionals who wish to advance their careers with an MBA through a shorter time period. The program’s hybrid format will consist of in-person courses at Villanova’s Main Campus or Center City Philadelphia location as well as online.
2024 Poets&Quants Undergraduate B-School Ranking
Villanova, Pa. January 22, 2024 – The Villanova School of Business (VSB) is pleased to announce that the VSB undergraduate program has been ranked among the top twenty business programs in the nation by Poets&Quants for Undergrads, ranking #12 among other top business schools. VSB performed exceptionally well in the Career Outcomes category, achieving the #12 spot.鈥�
