DiLella Mulroy Fund

In 2018, VSB and the Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate launched the Daniel M. DiLella and Thomas M. Mulroy (DiLella Mulroy Fund) Real Estate Student Managed Fund. 澳门二分彩 is the first university to offer undergraduate students the opportunity to manage a real estate investment fund.

The fund consists of students serving as senior managers, analysts and interns who work cohesively to research, evaluate and underwrite potential commercial real estate investment opportunities.

In addition to the DiLella Mulroy Fund鈥檚 student leadership, Business Fellow Vincent Sanfilippo assists and advises students with their investment strategies. Previously the CIO of CenterSquare Investment Management (formerly Urdang Capital Management), Mr. Sanfilippo shares his decades of industry experience with Villanova real estate students. The investment committee also includes Michelle Bennett of Newport Capital Group, Daniel DiLella of Equus Capital Partners, Shane McAndrew of 澳门二分彩, Jon Miniman of CBRE Clarion Securities, Thomas Mulroy of T-Rex Capital Group and Gerard Sweeney of Brandywine Realty Trust.

The Fund is organized to co-invest with sponsors and operators on projects in the United States. Co-investments with the Fund will create a mutually beneficial partnership that will provide student members real-world experience in the industry and give firms the opportunity to have 澳门二分彩 as an investment partner. The DiLella Mulroy Fund has invested in various real estate property types.

We are actively seeking existing value-add or development projects that may be a potential fit for an investment by our Fund. Please keep the Fund in mind and contact us for any current or future projects that allow us to consider a co-investment.

VSB's DiLella Center for Real Estate presents PwC Emerging Trends Presentation on Tuesday, November 19th at 5:15PM! Bill Staffieri and Rick Ruiz 鈥�06 VSB, PwC Real Estate Partners from NY, will be on campus to present the 2025 PwC Emerging Trends report (to be released in November). Students on campus are invited to learn about the top real estate industry trends for 2025, based on interviews with senior property investment professionals and regional surveys conducted jointly by PwC and the Urban Land Institute.
