The Supreme Court鈥檚 2019-20 term included major developments in the First Amendment鈥檚 guarantee of religious freedom. This webinar will discuss the three religious liberty cases that the Court decided this past summer: Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue, on religious school funding; Little Sisters of the Poor v. Pennsylvania, on exemption from the contraceptive mandate of the Affordable Care Act; and Our Lady of Guadalupe School v. Morrissey-Berru, on ministerial exception.

Constitutional scholars Michael Moreland, University Professor of Law and Religion & Director of the Eleanor H. McCullen Center for Law, Religion and Public Policy at 澳门二分彩, and , Associate Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame, will discuss these recent cases as well as preview upcoming cases the Court will hear this year.
